Geneva is proud to announce that Chief Operating Officer, Craig Buckstein, was recently re-elected to the Board of Directors of the Association of Language Companies (ALC). He is currently serving his second term and is the Secretary of the Association.
Geneva Worldwide is proud to announce its award of the language services contract with the Office of General Services (OGS) for New York State. Under the OGS contract, Geneva can provide an array of interpretation and translation services to every New York State agency. Geneva is currently the only New York State based agency and one of two vendors who were selected to provide services. We look forward to expanding our services to every agency in the State of New York and the additional work opportunities which will be provided for our team of linguists.
Craig Buckstein recently published an article in the federal procurement buyers guide, MarkeTips, detailing the need for American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters for government agencies. The article focuses on the various issues when ordering an ASL interpreter in an attempt to educate government buyers about acquiring Sign Language services.
Geneva Worldwide joins the nation’s elite language service providers with their award of interpretation and translation GSA Schedules. The GSA schedule allows Federal agencies to use approved GSA schedule holders for various services including any and all language services.
Geneva has been awarded a contract (GS-10f-0109p) for Translation Services (SIN:382-1) and Interpretation Services (SIN:382-2).
