HR & Office Administrator

The main responsibilities include supporting the operations of the Human Resources department by assisting with implementation & execution of HR initiatives, maintenance of personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and on-boarding guides) and updating internal databases; in addition to ensuring the smooth operation of the day-to-day business functions of the organization (facilities, telecom, etc.).

Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner, while maintaining a cool head & approachable disposition. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.
